Remember Bryan, the elliptical cyclist? Well, we've found a bike that may top his in eccentricity and function. The German-designed FLIZ is a bike that suspends the rider (it's hard to call this person a rider...) from an orthopedic brace and allows for running rather than pedaling. Don't believe me?
